See it work before you build anything.

Two worlds already exist below. Borrow one, run a couple of shots, and watch a character stay itself across scenes and across tools. Nothing to install, no files to make.

1 · Pick a world

Each link opens the world and drops a ready-made shot into it. Click one, hit Copy world package, paste into whatever image tool you use.

2 · Run two of them

  1. Click a shot above. The world opens with that shot already filled in.
  2. Hit Copy world package in the top right.
  3. Paste into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Ideogram and ask for the image.
  4. Come back, click a different shot from the same world, and do it again.
Using Midjourney? Switch the compose chip from Chat to Image to Midjourney before copying — it produces a much terser block with the right flags. Midjourney's moderator is occasionally cautious with the Frost world, since the poem is about a dying farmhand. If you ever see "the AI Moderator is unsure about this prompt," that's the moderator and not you — try again, or run that one through a chat tool instead.

3 · Notice what you didn't have to do

You never described Amara's face, her scar, the palette, or the lighting — and they came out consistent anyway, in a scene nobody had written before. That's the world doing the work. The shot line was one sentence; everything else came from the files.

The comparison, if you want it Take the same shot line on its own — without the copied world package — and generate it again. The gap between those two images is the entire point.

4 · Now write your own shot

Go back to a world and type your own scene into the shot field — anything, a moment that was never in the brief. Copy, paste, generate. If the character still looks like herself, you have just used somebody else's world without learning anything about the format.

Then, if you want it

Make your own world. Paste spec-prompt.md into any AI chat and it interviews you and writes the files. Already have a script or a brief? extract-prompt.md drafts one from it in a single pass.

Tinker with one of these. Clone the repo, change a canon line, regenerate, and see what moves.
